My Bookish Life

     Hello everyone! I hope you all are having a good morning! I am having a good one so far. I do have to go to work later so I want to go ahead and work on my blog some. I did a decent amount of reading last month so this is going to be a pretty ling post!      The first book I finished last month was The Case Against Socialism by Rand Paul. I loved the book and found it to be very interesting.  I would highly recommend this one . The history of socialism is very interesting and so is his explanation of the world's different tax systems. I felt like I learned a lot and so I gave this book 5 stars!    Secondly, I finished the book The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger 3: The Little Sisters of Eluria by Stephen King and Robin Furth. I really like the graphic novel adaptation of the Dark Tower series . This particular trade is pretty creepy. I don't want to say much because of spoilers but, it's very weird.  Hello everyone and good morning to you . I hope you are all having a good morning. I just got back from the gym . It was a really good workout and I'm feeling awesome! Now I have got some coffee and I want to get this book review done before I start really cleaning my house. Telling the history of socialism is important because it makes it easier to understand the case against socialism . This book also talks about how socialism pretty much always ends in tyranny . My thoughts on the book: I really liked this book and found it to be very very interesting and thought provoking . Rand Paul is somebody who I think would make a good choice for President if he runs again. All this book is is former Texas senator Ron Paul discussing his stances on 50 different issues this country is facing. Pretty simple right?
