Hello and how are you guys! I hope you have all been really good! I have been really good but, also really busy! I know I haven't been posting on here much and I wish I could post on here more often. Maybe it will happen when my crazy life slows down!      I am getting in the spooky season mood and because of that I put together a super spooky TBR for the next two months! I have gotten most of these off my own home library shelf so it also counts as me reading from my backlist! I think I have a pretty good mix of books on here and I can't wait to talk about it with all of you! 1. The Nightmare Before Christmas: The Battle For Pumpkin King    I saw this comic at the store recently and just had to get it! It's one of only two new buys in this TBR. I confess I have already read this one, I just haven't had time to get the review up! I will hopefully have the review up in a day or two. 2. Demon Copperhead    This is my library book clu...

Hello and how are you guys? I'm doing pretty good and I hope all of you are doing good too. I'm kind of excited because we might be getting a good bit of snow tonight. If that happens and kiddo and I get to play in the snow it will be so much fun!      Right now though I want to work on my blog and talk about books! I already have my January TBR planned out . I'm going to be reading lots of non-fiction this month. I have felt like learning new stuff recently so that's why I planned a huge non-fiction reading month. I think I have made some interesting picks so lets get started.  1. Government Bullies: How Everyday American's Are Being Harassed, Abused, and Imprisoned By The Feds Author: Rand Paul    I have been wanting to read this one for a bit. Rand Paul wrote one of my favorite books of last year and it made me want to check out some of the others he has written. I have already started reading this one and it's pretty good so far. So ...

I will post the book haul I got from the yard sale later. Right now I want to get this book review posted before I have to go into work.  I have my coffee and I'm ready to go !  Title: A Child Called It Author: Dave Pelzer Genre: True Crime Format: Audio Rating: 5 stars!! Synopsis: This book chronicles the unforgettable account of one of the most severe child abuse cases in California history. He had to learn how to play his mother's games in order to survive because she no longer considered him a son, but a slave; and no longer a boy, but an "It." Dave's bed was an old army cot in the base...

Hello, everybody! How have you all been ? I hope you all have had a good day. I have had a pretty good day myself . I took the kiddo shopping and got him new fall clothes and did some Christmas shopping.  Then kiddo and I went walking and he watched me exercise. I have my house stuff done so now I want to post my August TBR!    I'm going to start with some books that are on here just because I really want to read them and then I will play my Bookopolly game for the other picks. I hope this turns out to be a decent variety of books! I'm excited to see what my whole TBR is going to be.    #1. The Light Fantastic by Terry Pratchett , this is one that's on this TBR just because I really want to read it. I have been meaning to get to it for the longest time and I just haven't .  I finally started reading it two days ago.      2. Preacher Book 2 by Garth Ennis, I finally started my reread of this series last month and I wish to...
