My Bookish Life

       Hello and how are you guys doing? I'm super tired because kiddo kept us up a lot of the night and then I had to go into work today. So yeah I'm exhausted and running on caffeine. That being said I want to get this TBR up because I have been planning it for awhile.       All of that being said, no Bookopolly this month and maybe no Bookopolly next month. I wanted to pick out just spooky books for the fall season and that's pretty much what I have done. Also, this TBR list is for both this month and next month most likely because what I don't finish this month I'm going to keep reading next month. So now lets get to the book list! 1. The Adventures of Little Bean by Ageno H. Monica  This is a children's book and it was given to me by the author to review.                     Hello everybody! How are you all doing? I hope you are all having a good day. Mine has been really good so far. I went to the gym this morning and I feel really good like I've been killing it today. The kiddo is asleep so I thought I would post my November TBR and show you guys the surprise I have been telling you all I was going to debut on my blog this month!          Ok so I'm no longer really doing a TBR jar I got tired of it and decided I wanted to change things up. Instead of that , I'm now going to be playing a game called Bookopoly every month. My TBR jar isn't completely going away it does have a space on the board so you will see it again eventually. How this game works is each board space is a different reading prompt/category and I have to pick a book that fits the prompt/category of the space I land on . So I'm back with another Graphic Novel Spotlight! Also, just so you all know I finished reading The Last Dinner on The Titanic last night so I will be back with a review of it tomorrow.           Hi, I'm back with the TBR post I told you all I was going to make this morning. I can't believe it's July already ! I hope all of you are having a good day . Mine has been busy but good. Now lets discuss the books in my July TBR.          1. I have to finish Black Beauty. I will be done with it in another day or two. 2. Horns by Joe Hill  , this just sounds like a good Summer read to me . For some reason Summer always puts me in the mood for these types of stories. Plus, it's part of my these books will self destruct challenge and it will give me an H in my alphabet challenge. 3. Song of Susannah : Dark Tower VI by Stephen King, this is the next book in my Dark Tower reread. 4. A Walk To Remember by Nicholas Sparks , I'm actually rereading this for the pure nostalgia of it.       Hello and how are all of you doing? I hope you all have a nice day. Mine is going to be pretty busy . I thought that while the kiddo was being good I would try to post my June reading wrap up so lets get started.       The first book I read in June was Chocolate Chip Murder Mystery by Joanne Fluke. I thought this one was pretty good and that the story was very cute. I also liked the ending. I ended up giving the book 3.5 stars.           The next book I finished last month was the graphic novel  I Survived: The Sinking of The Titanic by Lauren Tarsish . I was a little bit disappointed in this one.  I just thought that the character development could have been better. I think I gave this one 2 or 2.5 stars.         The third book I finished in June was Wolves of The Calla : Dark Tower V by Stephen King. This was a reread for me .        Hello readers! I have decided I want to participate in The Bookie Trials this weekend.  I have heard a good bit about it but, I just found out it's starting up this weekend. I will leave a link to a YouTube video below where you can find out more about The Bookie Trials.    I got put on the Scribe team so I have to do their challenges and earn their badges.  My TBR list for this challenge is as follows:  1. Bookbinding: Contains a book within a book: For that I picked Saga by Brian K.
