Book Review: Catch Me If You Can

Author: Frank W. Abagnale               Pages: 293 Genre: True Crime                              Rating: 5 Stars                       Thoughts on the book:     I had a hard time putting this book down! I thought it was a real page turner. I was able to finish the book in 2 weeks.    I was very intrigued by Mr. Abagnale's story . He conned all of those places and at such a young age. True it was the 60s' and the technology that would have been used to catch a criminal then isn't as good as ours is today but, what he done is still very mindboggling .     The book held my attention from the first page till the last. I think I would have to say it's one of the best true crime books I've ever read! I have to give it 5 stars!

My Book Review : Book of Blues

Author: Jack Kerouac           Pages: 273 Genre: Poetry                        Rating: 3 stars Thoughts on the book:    This is a decent book. It wasn't the best book I've read by Kerouac though. However, I have read way worse books of poetry by other writers.       Book of Blues does have some interesting parts though. For example, there is one part that's written in all French. I'm glad I ran it through a translator because it turned out to be the best part of the book in my opinion.        It doesn't take long to read it and it's not a bad way to spend the day . I just expected more from Kerouac but, it's still not bad. I have to give it 3 out of 5 stars.
