My Bookish Life: January TBR

Happy New Year everybody! I know this post is a little late but, things were super busy here at my house. I hope everybody's year is off to a good start!

There are somethings about this TBR I want to discuss. January is my birth month so for this month the books I want to read the most are going to come first. Also there is no pressure on me to finish all of these.

Something I managed to finish yesterday was making a new TBR jar. I already drew the first book from it and it was Doctor Sleep by Stephen King which would actually be a reread for me! This is going to be a hard TBR to complete!

         New Jar:
First pick:

I also did the drawing to see which reading challenge I'm doing this year along with the good reads challenge. I drew the Alphabet Challenge. If you aren't familiar with that one that's where you read 1 book for every letter of the alphabet.

I have also set my Goodreads goal for this year:

Also my husband and I are going to a concert in August and I'm really excited about that . Because of that I think I want to add one bio by one of the bands/or band members that are going to be playing to my TBR every month  until the show in August.
The bands playing are Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison, and Joan Jett and The Black Hearts . Those should be some good biographies/autobiographies.

January TBR:
1. The Institute by Stephen King
2.The Dirt by Motley Crue
3. Lock Every Door by Riley Sager
4. The Wastelands by Stephen King
5. 2nd Chance by James Patterson
6. Dr. Sleep by Stephen King.

This is going to be a hard TBR to complete but, I will do the best I can. Some of these books I have been looking forward to reading for awhile so I think this should be fun! I think a few of these will for sure be five stars.

That's it for this update. If you like my content please give my blog a follow. Also, if you have read any of these books leave your thoughts in the comments (no spoilers please) . I hope you all have a nice night . I will talk to you all later!
