My Bookish Life: April TBR

Hello and how are you guys? I hope you are having a good morning . I'm having a good morning so far and I hope it keeps getting better. I have some cleaning planned for today and I want to watch a movie with my kiddo later. Right now though I want to work on my blog and talk about books . I have my coffee and I'm ready to go so lets do this .

1. The Lions of Lucerne by Brad Thor

I have been reading this one for awhile . It's taking me a while to finish it because of how crazy my work and life has been but, I'm getting there. I should have a review up soon.

2. Asylum by Madelene Roux

This is a book that my sister in law gave me. I have already started it . What happened was I had started reading this one and then it got misplaced for a couple of days so I started reading Lions. Now I have found this one again and I'm going to start reading it again right after I finish reading Lions. What I have read of it so far is pretty good though.

So I decided to do the blind date with book thing everybody has been talking about. I've been interested in trying it for a minute and it just so happens they had some set up when I went to my local library yesterday. I picked one that's supposed to be humor because I'm in the mood for some laughter so lets see how this goes.

3. Happy & You Know It by Laura Hankin

This is the book that's my blind date book . I read the synopsis and it sounds good ! I think I could really like this one so I want to try to read it soon.

4. DIO: Holy Diver

So this is a music comic . Have any of you listened to the album Holy Diver by Ronnie James Dio ? If you have from how I understand it this is supposed to be the story that album tells in a comic book format . I'm a fan of Dio so I'm looking forward to reading this.

5. Annotated Sandman Vol. 1 by Neil Gaiman

I've read the Sandman series before and I loved it but, this book goes into more detail . If you look inside it it has the comics but on the side of the page it goes into more detail that wasn't previously included with the Sandman story. I have to say this book is very beautiful too . I'm looking forward to really getting into this one too.

That's it for now . I hope to get to as many of these books as possible this month . If you have read any of these books please leave your thoughts in the comments . Also , if you happen to like my content please subscribe to my blog . That's it for now and I hope you all have a nice day . I will talk to you guys later goodbye for now !
