My Bookish Life : July Bookopoly/TBR

Hello everybody and how are you guys ? I hope you all are doing good. I also hope you all had a good 4th of July. I know I did . My family shot off some fireworks and cooked out with friends it was really fun and the kids loved it! Now that I have this Monday off I want to work on my blog some . For the record I have already started reading this TBR and reviews will be posted soon.

Bookopoly roll number one was an 11 which landed me on Next Book In A Series.

Bookopolly Book Pick #1

The Light Fantastic by Terry Pratchett . This is the second book in the Discworld series. I have been looking forward to reading this one since I read this first book in the series and loved it. Looking forward to this one!

Bookopolly Roll Number 2:

My second roll was a seven . That landed me in jail meaning I have to try to read a punishment book.

                        Bookopoly Pick #2

I really want to actually completely read 11/22/63 by Stephen King all the way through because I have heard it's really good . I just have problems because it's long like over 800 pages I think. However, I do want to read it.

Bookopolly Roll #3 :

My next roll was a 12 which lands me on chance. It was also doubles so I have to roll again after this.

Lets see what Chance card I drew:

This one means I draw a book from my TBR jar !

Bookopoly pick #3

The Fireman by Joe Hill . I have heard a lot of good things about this book . I have read Horns and Heart Shaped Box by Joe Hill and I really liked them so I think there is a good chance I will like this one too. From what I have read I really like Joe Hill's writing style.

Bookopolly Roll #4
Bookopoly roll number 4 was a six . Yes I rolled doubles again ! Lets see where this six put me at on the board though!

So, I landed on Husband picks. This is the first time I have ever landed on this space! What it means is that Kevin picks a book for me to read.

Now lets see what Kevin picked for me to read:

He picked Halo : The Fall of Reach by Eric Nylund. He says this is a really good book. I have heard him talk about this one a good deal so I'm pretty interested in reading it. I hope it's as good as he makes it sound.

Bookopoly Roll #5

That lands me on  Goodreads. How this space works is I use a random number generator to chose a book off of my Goodreads TBR. So, lets see what happened.

It picked number 251!

That turned out to be The Book of Lies by Brad Meltzer. I honestly don't know a lot about this book but, I think it's a mystery Dan Brown type of novel and I love those and that's why it's on my TBR. Honestly because I don't know much about it I'm intrigued.

My actual TBR for the month is a tad bit longer than this . Below are all of the books in my TBR pictured and in the order I plan to read them.

That's it for this reading update . If you have read any of these books please leave your thoughts in the comments. I have already started reading We and I will be back with a review of it in a day or two . If you like my content please give my blog a follow ! That's all for now I will talk to you all again later!
