My Bookish Life Book Review: The Dark Tower : The Battle of Jericho Hill

Hello everybody! I hope you are all having a good night. I know I am. While I have some free time I want to get to the book review I told you all I was going to do today. So let's get started shall we.

Title: The Dark Tower The Battle of Jericho Hill
Authors: Stephen King, Robin Furth, Peter David
Art: Jae Lee and Richard Isanove
Pages: 190
Genre: Graphic novel
Rating: 4 stars

Synopsis: In this part of the story you follow Roland and his ka-tet as they go on the run following the destruction of their hometown of Gilead. When Gilead falls , the pillars of reality it's - six beams that hold all of existence together- begins to crumble . The satanic plan of the Crimson King to return all of existence to it's primal state of chaos is nigh!

My thoughts on the book: I thought this book was a good read. Beware though this part of the story gets pretty graphic. This part of the story is just brutal.

I once again like the artwork in this novel. It just looks amazing . It is in my opinion vibrant and detailed and I love it.

This part of the story has some super sad parts but, that's part of what gives this story some rawness to it. It is very tense too. If you like battle field stories this one is for you.

Since it was an easy read and I really enjoyed it I'm giving the book 4stars. If you haven't checked out this comic series you should you want be disappointed! Plus,  it's so beautiful.

If you have read this book leave your thoughts in the comments. No spoilers ! Also, if you happen to like my content please subscribe to my blog! That's  it for now I hope you all have a good night!
