My Bookish Life: December Reading Wrap Up

Hello how are you guys doing tonight? I hope you all are having a good night. Mine has been ok so far. The kiddo is asleep so I wanted to come on my blog and publish my reading wrap up for December. This is a long one because I completed almost the whole TBR I was just one book short. So let's get started !

1. Guitar World Presents : Rock In Peace
Author: Guitar World
Genre: Non-fiction
Pages: 159
Rating: 3 stars

My thoughts on the book: I liked the book well enough. It was an easy read . I also learned about some guitarist hadn't heard of previously so that's always a good thing. Plus, the book itself is beautiful with a really nice layout!

2. Good Omens
Authors: Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman
Genre: Fantasy
Pages: 491
Rating: 4 stars

My thoughts on the book: I loved it ! I liked the humor in the book. I loved the characters in this book also. I want to check out more books that are from the series.

3. Title: Tell-All
Author : Chuck Palahniuk
Genre: Fiction
Pages: It was an audio book
                                                          Rating : 1 star

My thoughts on this book: I normally like Chuck Palahniuk and maybe it was because I don't listen to alot of audio books but, I couldn't get into this one at all. The whole story just fell flat to me. I would not recommend this book as an introduction to Chuck Palahniuk at all !
4. Title: Filthy Rich: The Billionaires Sex Scandal
Authors: James Paterson, John Connolly and Tim Malloy
Genre: True Crime
Pages: 280
Rating: 5 stars

My thoughts on the book: I'm a huge fan of true crime and I absolutely loved this book! I thought it did a good job at telling the story of Jeffrey Epstein's first arrest and explaining what all happened there. That being said because of this being an ongoing story they were not able to cover everything at the time this book was published because things like Jeffrey Epstein's second arrest hadn't happened at the time of publication.

Reading Stats For The Month:
Books Read : 4
Genres Read: 4
Pages Read : 930
Average Rating: Probably a little over a 3

I will be back tomorrow with my January  Bookopolly TBR! I will also have my reread of the first book in the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare done within the next few days.
