My Bookish Life Bookish Life Book Review: Blue Exorcist #2 & Anime Readathon

Good morning everybody! How are you guys? I hope you all are having a good morning. I'm having a good morning so far. The kiddo is still asleep and I have a busy day ahead of me . I have my coffee ready so lets get this book review started!

Title: Blue Exorcist
Author: Kazue Kato
Genre: Manga
Pages: 204
Rating: 4 stars

Synopsis: Shocked by the death of his foster father and the revelation that his real father is the demon lord Satan, Rin Okumura enters the True Cross Academy to learn to be an Exorcist . But, every great exorcist has to start somewhere and for the students of the Academy the first step is the Exwire Examination . To prepare for the exam the new Pages in Yukjo's class must undergo intensive training . Rin and his classmates have their hands full when a demon appears but, is this just a test or something more sinister?

My thoughts on the book: Ok so I liked it! It's not for everybody because Blue Exorcist can get pretty messed up at times though. However, for whatever reasons I tend to like stuff like that .

The characters in this story are pretty interesting and likable. I think my favorite character is either Moriyama or Rin. I think both of them are pretty interesting . I also like the story that both characters have going on.

If you like fairly dark stories you might like this one. Overall, it's a really good manga and anime . The story has interesting characters with good character development.

I also really like the artwork in both the Blue Exorcist manga and anime . Kazue Kato is both a great story teller and a good artist. The story is really beautifully depicted !

The story is so good and that makes it really easy to get into , It also moves at a really good pace and the developments keep things interesting . That's why I'm giving this book 4 stars!

That's it for this reading update! If you have read this book please leave your thoughts in the comments. Also, if you happen to like my content please subscribe to this blog .
