My Bookish Life Book Review : The Dark Tower The Gunslinger: The Little Sisters of Eluria

Hello how are you all doing? I hope you all are having a good day! I'm having a good one myself ! I have been really busy today. I did some reading early this morning and I went to the gym and got a good workout. Then I came home and did some cleaning and hung out with the kiddo. Now that I have got all of that done I want to do this book review before I go cook dinner.

Title: The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger 3 : The Little Sisters of Eluria
Authors: Stephen King, Robin Furth
Artist: Luke Ross & Richard Isanove
Genre: Graphic Novel
Pages: 168
Rating: 4 stars

Synopsis: Near death from an attack by Slow Mutants, Roland Deschain is taken by a group of Sisters who specialize in anything but the healing arts.

My thoughts on the book: I've been loving this adaptation of The Dark Tower Series and this was an excellent continuation of the series. This part of the story is very creepy! I can't say much about it without spoiling a ton of stuff but, I loved it!

The story is pretty straight forward, that's why I can't say much without spoiling everything, and it's a very easy read . So Roland has got himself caught by a group of ladies known as the Sisters of Eluria. For whatever reasons he needs to escape and get away. However, these are some terrifying ladies and so getting away may not be that easy.

This part of the story was pretty well written and very creepy. I think it might be the creepiest part of the graphic novel series so far. I read through this one really fast because I had a hard time putting it down.

The artwork is really excellently done in this one too. It really adds a good bit to the story. It's beautifully creepy!

The story keeps a good pace and is very easy to read . The book tells a chilling story and it's very beautiful. For those reasons I give the story 4 stars!

That's it for this reading update! I have started reading Stranger Back Home by E.L. Haines and I will hopefully have a review up for it soon. If you happen to like my content please subscribe to my blog . If you have read this book please leave your thoughts in the comments. That's all for now and I hope you all have a good afternoon!
