My Bookish Life June TBR/Bookopolly

Hello everybody how are you all ? I hope you are having a good day! I have had a decent day so far which is good . I have gotten a fairly big reading TBR to get to this month so I want to get to talking about that!

This is a picture of me picking up where I left off from last month.

My first roll was a seven and that lands me on History!

I have a really good pick for this space!

The book is called No Easy Day and it's by Mark Owen. From how I understand it it's an biographical account of the raid on Osama Bin Laden. I think it sounds really interesting !

My next roll is a four and that lands me on horror graphic novel! I also have a good pick for this one already in mind!

For this one I pick The Dark Tower :The Gunslinger The Little Sisters of Eluria. I have been wanting to read this one for awhile . I really like this graphic novel series. It's really well done and is a good adaptation of a great story!

Next I rolled a six. That landed me on Romance.

My pick for that prompt is The Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks. I'm not a huge romance fan but I normally like his stuff so I think this will hopefully be a good read. It will be fun! I rolled doubles so I have to roll again!

I rolled a seven ! That puts me on Chance! So lets see what prompt I drew!

I drew 500+ pages and that prompt means I have to pick a book that's 500 pages or more. I have a book in my TBR pile that fits that perfectly!

I have started and stopped this book so many times it's not funny. What I have read of it is really good it's just super longer and so I always end up stopping before I get to the end. Maybe this is a sign I need to just read it all the way through for once?

My next roll was a seven . That lands me on politics. I do have a book in mind for that one too.

My pick for this one is The Case Against Socialism by Rand Paul . Rand Paul would have been another one of my picks for president. I have actually already started reading on this book and it's pretty good so far.

That was my last bookopolly roll for the month. I do however have one more book to add to this TBR because it was sent to me by the author E.L. Haines.

The name of the book is called Stranger Back Home . I will say I love this cover it makes me really interested in the story! It just looks really awesome!

I'm going to go ahead and say I'm not going to read these books in the order I rolled them in. Some of these books are serious and heavy reads so I'm going to use the lighter reads to break up the more serious ones. That just sounds like a good strategy to me that way I'm not reading hard book after hard book after hard book. These will also be the books I'm reading for my libraries summer reading program so this should be interesting.

That's it for this reading update ! If you have read any of these books please leave your thoughts in the comments. Also, if you happen to like my content please give my blog a follow. That's it for now I hope you all have a wonderful evening ! I will talk to you all again soon!
