My Bookish Life Book Review: The Light Fantastic

Hello everyone! How are you guys? I hope you are all having a good day. My day was pretty good. My kiddo and I went to the Farmers Market and we had tons of fun. I was able to buy some fresh vegetables, hot salsa, and some really good honey!

Now I'm home , and I want to work on my blog some. I just finished reading The Light Fantastic by Terry Pratchett . So, lets get this review started.

Title: The Light Fantastic
Author: Terry Pratchett
Genre: Fantasy
Pages: 277
Rating: 3.5 stars

Synopsis: Only one individual can save the world from a disastrous collision . Unfortunately the hero the hero happens to be the singularly inept wizard Rincewind, who was last seen falling off the edge of the world.

My thoughts on the book: This was a decent read. Terry Pratchett was a really good writer. His Disc World series is very vibrant and easy to picture.

Terry Pratchett was also hilarious! I love his sense of humor! There were several laugh out loud moments in this book! I loved them!

I liked the characters in this book too. My favorite character in this book was Conan. He is a tough old warrior and just a really fun character. He was the character that stood out the most to me in this book .

The only reason why this book is getting a lower rating than the first book in the series is because I don't feel like the story was as good in this one as it was the first one. The story wasn't bad at all in this one I just thought it could have been a bit better. That being said I do want to read the rest of the series because it's a really fun read ! The above reasons are why I'm giving the book 3.5 stars!

That's it for this reading update! I'm going to start reading Preacher Vol. 2 Proud Americans so there will be a graphic novel spotlight coming soon ! If you like my content please subscribe to my blog . Also, if you have read this book please leave your thoughts in the comments so we can discuss the book!
