My Bookish Life: April Reading Wrap Up

Hello everybody! I'm finally back! This time I'm here with my April Reading Wrap Up. I didn't finish my whole TBR this month but, I'm ok with that because it's been a stressful month. With that being said let's get to the wrap up!

1. Lock Every Door by Riley Sager
Genre: Horror
Pages: 368
Rating: 4 stars

My thoughts on the book: For me it read like an 80s horror movie and I absolutely loved that! It may be one of my favorite books of the year we will have to wait and see how that goes. If happen to like stuff like 80s horror movie you will probably love Lock Every Door by Riley Sager. This was the first book I had read by this author and I for sure want to check out more of there books.

2. This Is Going To Hurt: Music , Photography,  and Life Through The Distorted Lens of Nikki Sixx by Nikki Sixx
Pages: 2,247
Genre: Bio, Photography,  art , self-help
Rating: 4 stars

My thoughts on the book: I loved the photography in it ! Some of the pictures are very interesting. Some of the life advice is surprisingly good. Also if you are a creative person you might really enjoy this because creativity and art is very highly discussed in this book.

3. Along Came A Spider by James Patterson
Genre: fiction
Pages: 502
Rating 3.5

My Thoughts On The Book: This book was decent . It wasn't the best book I've read recently but it wasn't bad. It was just kinda in between. I found Gary Soneji to be pretty scary ! I also loved the Alex Cross character.  I for sure want to check out more books in the Alex Cross series.
