My Bookish Life: November Reading Wrap Up

Hello everybody! I hope you all have had a good day so far. I have got all my other work done and now I'm back with my November Reading Wrap Up. I didn't get very many different books read this month but, I hope you guys enjoy it anyway.

    1. Title: Pooh's Heffalump Movie
        Author: Disney
        Genre: Children's
        Pages: 46
        Rating: 2.5 stars

My thoughts on the book: This is one I read to my kiddo. We had fun reading it together but, I really didn't like the story. I thought it felt shallow. If you want a heartfelt children's story pick a different one.

            2. Title : The Dark Tower The Gunslinger: The Journey Begins
               Author: Stephen King, Robin Furth
                Genre: Graphic Novel
                Pages: 160
               Rating: 5 stars

My thoughts on the book: I love how this graphic novel adaptation is going! It's an excellent way to enjoy the story . This one does a really good job of telling the first part of The Gunslinger which is the first book in the Dark Tower series. I also am really loving the artwork in this series it's just beautiful . I would show some of it to you guys but I don't know if I can do that because of copyrights.

               3. Title:  The Dark Tower VII: The Dark Tower
                    Author: Stephen King
Genre: Fantasy, Western, Sci-fi , Horror
                   Pages: 843
                   Rating: 5 stars

My thoughts on the book: This was a reread. I love this series so much . My head is still stuck in Mid-World. The world sucks you in and it's so expansive and well described. Throughout all seven books you get to know the characters so well and that also makes this last book really leave an impact in your mind. If you haven't read this series you really should check it out you want regret it !

             Reading Stats For The Month:
         Books Read: 3
         Genres Read: 3
